Shipping Information
We will ship all orders via UPS Ground Service unless you choose to upgrade to an Air Service.
All shipping charges are calculated in real-time through the UPS shipping calculator based on the
total product weight, the destination zip code and shipping method chosen. A $2.00 handling fee
is included in the shipping charges to cover the cost of shipping materials and to help offset packaging
labor. If the actual shipping costs are lower than we estimated on your order total, you will be charged
the lower amount. If the charges are higher than the estimate, you will be charged the lower rate
quoted on your order.
Order Processing
Please allow 24 hours for order processing. No orders will be processed over the weekend.
- UPS Ground orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of order (weekends and holidays excluded).
- UPS 2nd Day Air orders will ship out the following business day (weekends and holidays excluded).
- UPS Next Day Air orders will ship the following business day upon receipt of your order (weekends and holidays excluded).
All orders must have complete and accurate
shipping instructions...including the phone number for the ship to address. We are not
responsible for incorrect addresses. We cannot ship to postal boxes.
Order Status
If you have included your email address in your checkout form, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and

International Orders
For orders to Canada and Puerto Rico, please call toll-free 1-800-373-6328 for additional shipping
costs. We are unable at this time to ship to any other international destinations. Please
call toll-free 1-800-373-6328 with any questions concerning international orders.
Sales Tax
Items SHIPPED to Illinois residents will include a 1% sales tax.
Substitutions
Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event a particular item is out of stock, you may be contacted regarding substitution
options. If you have questions regarding an order, please email or call us.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We will refund the cost of any item that is returned within 10 days of delivery and is returned unopened and in re-sellable condition. AmanaShops.com will not refund shipping charges for orders which were properly delivered. No refund will be issued for an order in which the person who ordered provided an incorrect shipping address. Items must be returned freight prepaid.
