We make shipping easy and straightforward. All items, with the exception of larger furniture and clock pieces*, will ship at a flat rate of $10.95 (5-7 days on average).

We know it is hard to wait for your Amana products, which is why we give you the option to upgrade to two-day shipping.

 Regardless of which option you choose, we will always neatly package your items and send them by either UPS or USPS, depending on what is best for your order.

*Items that require ABF freight or set up/delivery, by the Amana Furniture Shop, will be noted in the checkout process and will be the only shipping option listed.

Above and beyond service

I usually do not write reviews for online orders but after my last experience ordering from the Amana Shops website I felt the need to share. My son is in the Navy stationed in Hawaii at this time. With his birthday coming I wanted to send him a bit of Iowa again. After placing my order I received a phone call from the Amana Shop informing me that my current order did not match the address from previous orders and was I sure of the address. Now they could have just sent it on to the address given but am pleased that they followed up as I had inadvertently put int the wrong apartment number. Along with correcting the address she had noticed on my note card I mentioned his birthday. She asked if I wanted the order to be delivered on his birthday or before. I had said as long as it got the by his birthday I was ok. So not only did customer support help with my address mishap but she made sure my son received his taste of home in plenty of time. Look forward to my next order to send to him. He truly likes getting his packages from the Amana Shops. Thanks again for making his birthday special.
