Tomato Preserves
My Grandma always made tomatoe preserves when I was a kid. I loved them so. This is the only place I could find them. Although yours are a little sweeter and not as tomatoey this has brought back wonderful memories and I will buy it again!

Tomato preserves were a favorite of mine growing up in the midwest in the fifties & sixties. It was a wonderful treat spread on toast or on a slice of bread, folded & dunked in glass of milk. But is increasingly hard to find these days. Perhaps because the tomato is considered a vegetable, while technically it is a fruit. I have ordered from several sources over recent years, but the Amana preserves are by far the most authentic in taste & bring back childhood memories. I highly recommend the Amana preserves! Geat on toast, muffins, pancakes & bagels!

Tomato Preserves
This was pretty good, just a little sweeter than my family's old recipe. Ours was always a little more tart. Also, the consistency is more of a jelly than a jam, although it does contain seeds. Additionally, shipping and handling was fairly quick for it being so close to Christmas.

Tomato Perserves
I'm really glad I found your website, I bought two jars of tomato preserves for my Mom and they brought back so may memories for her when her mom use to make them from scratch growing up in Arizona back in the 1930s and 40s. Tomato Preserves
These preserves are wonderful. They remind me of my Montana Grandmother's home made preserves. Hers had more spices, especially more cloves. Yummy!
